US Netflix won't have it until the first season is finished airing on US TV. Netflix accounts are universal so if your geo-blocker can show you as having a UK ip address you can watch Better call Saul now on UK Netflix using your same login as the US version :D

Hey David, Brought the rate down to 6.56% (on an LVR of around 70%). Moo Man.

I just got confirmation from CBA that my discount has been increased from 0.7% to 1%. I am an existing customer with around $700k in borrowings. No refinancing or new lending required, just had to ask for it and show them a rate from another bank to match.
