Well, obviously the answer to that depends on the IP's make up (2,3,4 family).... Is the general philosophy that you wont make lots of money until the IP's pay themselves off? Or tha if you aqcuire enough, you can live off the monthy incom eafte rmortgage payment and expences and taxes..?
