Hi all, What accounting programs do you use to record your income and expenses for IPs? I have used excel spreadsheets for years but have been wondering if an accounting program such as Xero or Myob will be more reliable? Thanks :)

There are a few in Henley Beach and Grange. The higher end properties have been selling within a couple of weeks.

Thanks Wandering, maybe the next purchases will be in joint names. It would probably cost too much to add my partner to some of the properties' titles and would then affect his land tax threshold.

Hi Skater, I know. I didn't really explain it very well. I meant being smarter CF wise by living in the house with the lower non deductible debt coupled with saving on land tax by that same house being the one of higher land value. Thanks :)
