+1. New housing development / construction is one of most important economic driver at the moment for NSW. Without those foreign investor demand NSW economy would have been in a much worse state.

Try Crestair. I'm very happy with two split units supplied and installed by them in Dec. Very professional and quality install service. Quality install service is important as quality units. Do not make a decision based on cheap install fee in my view.

I feel your pain. As someone posted earlier, maybe you can consider selling those regional properties and concentrate on quality stock in capital cities instead. I once had a big negative geared IP due to non paying tenant. Got rid of that property and been stress free since then.

I was there. Property sold under the hammer. it seems now buyer lost 170k deposit plus any potential liability.

Was at auction last week for below property. I was surprised by 1.72 M result, given it's situated on a quite busy road. Seems now buyers' remorse at play, even at the expense of forfeiting 10% deposit. Property now re listed for auction again next week. Lucky owner...

My guess today's clearance rate will be over 80%. Went to 5 auctions around my area all sold under hammer.
