I'm looking to purchase a house in the Brisbane area that would be suitable to do a 2 or 3 lot subdivision with. I have done subdivisions before but in Melbourne. So I'm wondering what would be suitable Brisbane suburbs for 2 or 3 lot subdivisions. Any suggustions would be greatly appreciated! :)
