    Just compare the price with neighboring 'family friendly' suburb of Forest Lake. It's beside Inala as well - and see how its done historically. Based on that -Richlands has potential , if possible go for H & L (preferable).

    Hi all, I have an IP in logan area,QLD. The tenant 'broke' the lease and left on 13/1/2014. Tenant paid rent till 28/1/2014. PM (Property Manager) advertised placed. So far 2 applicants who were approved by PM simply walked out (PM told me) PM is on leave this week. No progress...
