Lol Y-man...I'm still here. Re CS vs Taylors Lakes - IP wise I probably would go for Taylors lakes as long as property is close to Water Gardens train station and WG shopping centre. IMO it will give you better return especially if you decide to rent it out. I like CS but lot of properties...
