    I'm with ME and inquired about fixing. If you want to keep the offset account for a loan it has to be split and 50k must be variable. If you are prepared to ditch the offset you can fix 100%. I just signed the paperwork and will mail it tomorrow. So far it's been a simple painfree process.

    Thanks for your reply Edge7. You are right about the trusts themselves being leveraged. The ones I have been looking at have about 40-50% leverage. Iwould prefer no leverage at all but haven't found anything that meets that criterior.
