    Eastern Side Further Analysis indicates the exact distance to be 731m to the platform, or 500m to the proposed carpark etc. Land is 2200m2 and has a 5bed dwelling/pool at present. Land has secondary use title. Not sure what the plan is yet but its gone unconditional so heres to hoping.

    Ok, I appreciate your input, however I am not sure what you are getting at. I called and asked some more details: "We are getting the overall lend approved and the LVR will be based on the returned valuations of the properties. Then we will draw down the loan into the separate loans."

    Thanks for the response. I don't think the seller will accept the $10k reduction so most likely going to terminate. It's a shame but it is what it is.

    Not sure on the wording (Dont have it in front of me), But it specifically allows me to terminate if I am not satisfied. I have basically said to the seller, I would need $10k to fix these unforseen issues if I was to be satisfied to progress.
