    Wynnum manly brisbane

No they scattered all through the suburb, but mainly around Drayton, emsworth etc near the station and amything near Wynnum north train station and little shops are full of them. Manly west has a fair few at the back of the fishes estate though, steer clear of that part.

    Wynnum manly brisbane

I thought I'd share my observations of the suburb from today, police Rush to a house after her partner allegedly may or not have hit her, she was very intoxicated it was 10am in the morning, the house was two house back from the waterfront so one of the better locations in the suburb. He had run...

    Wynnum manly brisbane

private school wise I believe Ormiston college and Sheldon aren't too bad. Someone might know more but obviously not government schools so fees can be expensive. I ALSO THOUGHT MANLY PRIMARY SCHOOL WAS MEANT TO BE OK. Also those areas you mentioned not that high a socio economic standard.

    Wynnum manly brisbane

There seems to be a fair bit happening with high rise units going in on Bay terrace, there is a wine bar just opened and plenty of new better quAlity cafes. The main problem with the Manly Wynnum area every time developers or someone wants to build or develop the suburb they all complain they...

    What's going on in Brisbane

I bought in Wynnum mid 2013, I definitely think prices have risen because the houses on the 405 sq m are a great barometer as land value is fairly equal, the price is up about 50k-60k last 18 months. And recently the stock seem to be selling much quicker if priced correctly but there has been...

John Lindeman?s formula, what do you reckon?

I moved from Sydney to Wynnum mid 2013, I looked at all bayside suburbs and thought rail and being near the water like Sydney was the key to capital growth, not exactly the case in Brisbane in saying that as population grows it may become more like sydney in that sense, I imagine it will take...

John Lindeman?s formula, what do you reckon?

Agreed but unlike Sydney people aren't obsessed with accessible by train, in fact people in BRISBANE consider the 30 mins on the train to the city or 40 from Birkdale to be excessive, the stations ip here have heaps of free parking at the station unlike Sydney so there is no need to live within...

John Lindeman?s formula, what do you reckon?

450k maybe Birkdale is a better option with that budget, Wakerley old part, manly west of Wynnum west will get you a better house probably in that order. At Wynnum that budget will only get you a West ave or a house in a pretty bad condition in an average part of Wynnum

John Lindeman?s formula, what do you reckon?

What is their budget and what are they looking for in Wynnum? House or unit?

Family friendly suburbs in Brisbane (<10km to the city)?

From what I've seen of the north side I wouldn't want to be living further north than nundah. Stafford are a bit to low socio economic calibre of people from where I would want to raise my kids. Hendra easy of nundah might suit your budget
