    Yes insulation, sorry I couldn't think of the word. The plan was to get up there and screw down the sheets-then re coat the sheets. But now there is a damn leak!!! Thanks for the offer regarding the roofer,trouble is the property is in more a rural area.

    2 bed house, bayonet fitting would need to be connected to town gas supply. I did think about a wood burner,but I thought that it might put some people off due to the added expense of wood + the extra work getting wood,firelighters,and lighting the thing

    Friends of mine bought in match am in 2001 Simple cottage on 7.5 acres it was bought as an investment. They are selling now 12years later they will be lucky to break even. Damn scary if you ask me.

    yes but that is only for a lease isnt it? I am going to pursue this caravan in backyard deal. Just have to tear up the landscaped Garden:eek::( Just a bit worried about the legalities of it.
