    anyone know much about owning apartments?

    Hi I'm one of the new kids on the block. Considering purchasing an apartment as IP which is then leased back to the establishment. Apparently they guarantee you a set monthly nett return on a 5+5+5 year lease. What do I need to be aware of and look out for before entering a deal like this?
