No I haven't yet attended any seminar. It's one I have ignored and not planning to attend one. Yes maximizing tax depreciation & capital growth on neutral/ positive gearing is my Strategy. Thank you for your comments. I need to learn as much I can from you guys with experience.

Thanks Vixs. Your explanations make sense. It can be awkward especially dealing with unreliable developers. Thatbum, just got into it. The project City Village is promising and fits well in my Strategy. But I have a lot to learn as this is my first IP.
