Does anyone have a IP in Orange they need tenanted? I am moving to Orange in the coming weeks and will be looking for a property to rent for 6 to 12 months. Also a IP owner, i believe i will be a great tenant. 2 or 3 br in a more favourable location, with pets allowed (1 outside dog)...

Sorry to hijack, but I am actually looking at relocating to Orange in the next few months. Will look to rent for initial 6 months, then possibly look at purchase with renovation, or develop potential. Can anyone give me any help with what areas are good/ bad??
