Does anyone have a IP in Orange they need tenanted?
I am moving to Orange in the coming weeks and will be looking for a property to rent for 6 to 12 months. Also a IP owner, i believe i will be a great tenant.
2 or 3 br in a more favourable location, with pets allowed (1 outside dog)...
Sorry to hijack, but I am actually looking at relocating to Orange in the next few months.
Will look to rent for initial 6 months, then possibly look at purchase with renovation, or develop potential.
Can anyone give me any help with what areas are good/ bad??
Just curious if people could tell me what costs are usually incurred if i was to purchase a block of 4 brick units and strata them to sell off individually?
I realise this would vary depending on units/ location. But just chasing some ball park ideas.

I am also with commbank. Have about $950k debt with them and approximate value of $1.25M. Am currently paying 5.05%. I want to borrow for another IP, can i do better on these rates???
Hi all, Just wondering if there is a program or anyone has made a spreadsheet (that they wouldn't mind sharing) that people use to enter information on suburbs to see if it meets their purchasing criteria?? (vacancy rates, returns, etc.)
Looking at purchase up to around 350k.
Cosmetic type reno, possibly add a room if suitable. Budget undecided.
Want to buy, reno and hold. As close to neutral if possible?
Ok so I need to get back to the start and find myself an accountant and solicitor that can help me to figure out some ways to reach my goals.
