The house is great - I bought it as my PPOR - but it has a HUGE ant problem. There's basically an ant colony in the ceiling, not picked up before purchase...

Could anyone recommend an accountant in Canberra who knows about property investing (and isn't scared of it), won't try to sell me something, and isn't a complete tosser? I thought I'd lucked on to somebody but he's not too good at following up with things... Thanks!

First time post, so please be kind! :) I'm renting out my 4bedroom home and renting elsewhere, just for a lifestyle change. This has freed up some cash and I'm looking at investing in a property under $400K. I live in Canberra, so I'm naturally (as a rookie investor) contemplating buying here...
