I lived in Bondi for 6 months over summer a coupla years back. Bondi Rd is a bottleneck, backpackers have parties on weeknights at 2am, parking is tough. That said, the beach is brilliant and the cafe's a treat. If I was in the market though for eastern suburbs houses - Bronte all the way, baby.

PPOR or IP? In my opinion you should only be buying a PPOR in the current climate if you can afford to meet the mortgage repayments with one income earner. There's always a chance over the next 18 months that you or your girl could lose your jobs..

It shouldn't impact the efforts of the PM if they see your business as a long term relationship. This has been my experience anyway, our PM is fantastic.
