    Just a quick question. I have always thought it best to buy and hold. I have 2 I.P's and a mortgage on my PPOR. If I can sell an I.P that will payout my PPOR mortgage, should I do it? It would then give me much more cashflow to pump into deductable debt. What do people think? Cadbury
