I want to know why people are using this broker and who recommended him? These days, people are 'broker shopping', as opposed to loan shopping! I have been interrogated before by clients before they even meet me even though we provide a free service and visit them anywhere/anytime.

Thats poor service, Its unfortunate ones like that can affect the reputation of us hard working brokers, especially these days as finding good clients is not necessary easy!

Hi Blackenator, If your valuation increases, then your LVR (Loan/Value) will decrease. Which is good as you will need to borrow less funds. Are you asking what effect it will have on your deposit?

Hello, I know of one lender that provides a c/card of $20K which can be used for costs such a stamp duty etc, at home loan rate.

Depends on the property value also, I know of one lender for example that lends 95%, plus whatever the LMI is on top, and also provide a credit card that can be used for other costs associated. Thats probably closest thing to a 100% lend. Still need 5% deposit though. Would be good if you have...
