Hi, Just wondering what is available in No Doc loans at the moment. Im looking to buy some farm land, via tender. I expect it will go for around 200k - 250k. While I can service the loan no worries, I dont think I would get a loan via traditional methods at the moment, and couldnt be...

Yes, Little Johnny took over with a 9 billion defecit. Boy they had some problems, but did a great job of turning it around. Kevs biggest problem is that massive surplus, which is half gone already. Incredible.

realistically how far can the ASX drop?

The way the banks fell the last 2 weeks seems to suggest something is up. AFG and ABS went to administration, and there are many many more companies that look to be going the same way. The banks probably have considereable exposure to these, so probably plenty more write downs. Having said...

    Today was another low point

One peice of practical advice I find, is to get out and play some sport (if you like sport) or do something you really enjoy doing. Walking can be good for clearing the mind. Helps you forget all about your problems, even if its only for a short while. The other advice about getting plenty of...

Was interesting that Johnny was flat also after 2 years, but then suddenly got the adrenalin going. Funny also to look back and see he was as good as gone after 1 term in office. That issue with the docks was massive, but Im sure Australias much better off because of it now. It was a good...

    The Big Bad Question.

Genisis 5:8 Says Adam had a son called Seth when he was 130 years old. It says Adam lived another 800 years, and had other sons and daughters, besides, Cain,Abel, and Seth. I guess if you lived to 930, you can have a fair few kids.

    The Big Bad Question.

As far as the earth being millions of years old, I know Australia has been populated by the Europeans for 200 years. I can see all the farmland cleared of trees, mines dug, 1000s of kilometers of rds, Bridges, cities, houses, etc etc, everthing that man has acheived in this country in just 200...

    The Big Bad Question.

Dinosaurs became birds? This is the sort of statement that would make me say........hang on a minute.......could that be right. This evoultion idea seems to imply everything evolved perfectly. If a bird evolved with its wings not working properly quick smart, it would be toast. Everyone seems...

    The Big Bad Question.

Not sure how you get that from what I said. I believe in commonsense, and try to find evidence that supports or dispells beliefs. History has plenty of evidence to support it, so I have no trouble believing it, unless I ever come across something which makes me question it.

    The Big Bad Question.

TC, You probably wont like this reply, but please dont hold it against me (I remember you got upset with me another time). I love your farm posts. Just bought a farm myself. In regards to the dogs, cows etc. We agree totally there is a lot of breeding, but at the end of the day, all the...
