A few months back there was talk about changing laws so that you could use your super to purchase your ppor. Has there been any more talk on that front? I haven't heard for a while if changes were pushed through or it was dropped. Thanks!

I wouldn't think Noble Park would be an ideal area if you are able to afford more "Blue Chip" regions. I feel like there would be too many issues relating to the demographic of the area. I am completely unaware of the growth figures, but it seems like a more risky proposition.

The closest I've lived in was Abbotsford, which was amazing, but the rate of crime was high. Anything left unlocked would disappear. I know someone that lives in the cbd and absolutely adores it. I don't think noise is an issue (hasn't been when I've stayed in hotels). Probably not...

lol - being that I'm just knocking over my agents rep course, I'd like to think that evey agent is aware of their legal obligation to work in the best interests of the vendor... but realistically, I'm sure many only have their own interests at heart.
