Hi
Apologies if this is in the wrong area. I'd like to know how contributions to an owners corporation are calculated if one of the properties is a 3br house whilst the 3 other properties are 2br units?
(The house was the original on the block and the (very) large backyard was subdivided...
Hi
Hoping someone with a bit of electrical nouse will be able to help me with my query.
We've recently had solar PV panels installed on our roof, and are now in the process of having our meter upgraded (so that we can sell excess power back to the retailer).
We would like to upgrade our...
Oops, should have included that I've tried a universal charger with it and still no luck. That's why I'm thinking (guessing?) it's something other than the charger.

Hi Rob
Ta for the suggestion. So a laptop should still run using AC power if the battery is removed?
Yes - this should tell me if it's a non battery related problem.

Hi
I have a reasonably old toshiba (satellite A30) laptop. Just last week when I plugged the laptop into the power supply, I noticed that it wasn't charging. (Still doesn't).
The battery naturally ran down and now it won't power up.

Hi
I have a box of Money magazines from 1999 to a couple of years ago. Some with the discs that originally came with the mags.
If you're interested in them, and can collect them (from Cheltenham, Melbourne) email me at [email protected]

Hi
I'm looking around at some properties at the moment, and many of them are selling at auction. As a result I will need to come up with a cheque for the 10% deposit on the day.
I don't have a cheque book account (it seems like a waste if this would be the only time I would ever write a...
I love my commute and fortunately my place of employment has good support (bike racks, showers, etc).
As I ride I think of three main benefits. 1) my health and wellbeing, 2) environmental factors and 3) saving $
Cheers

:)
Does anyone happen to know if there is an equivalent for public showers? I assume not but I'd love to go for a run around the tan (Melbourne) for instance and have access to a (free or cheap) shower nearby.
Cheers

Is noon 12 a.m. or 12 p.m.?
12 noon is neither a.m. nor p.m.
To avoid confusion, the correct designation for twelve o'clock is 12 noon or 12 midnight. Alternatively, the...
