My thoughts ate that if you look along the train line between Lota and Cleveland there are good schools, services, the bay and affordable property with good yields. I am biased, I spent the first 18 years of my life in the Redlands, so am partial to everything it offers families.

What isn't different this time and never will be is that people need and want shelter. The value we put on a shelter in $$$ terms will forever be at the mercy of more factors at any different point in time than one can ever put into a simple formula....although in hindsight it "always" seems...

I lived in CD for 5 years and don't remember getting the waft of sewerage. I drive past the treatment plant every day on Worsley road or eastlink and its usually really hot days that its smell is more obvious, but its only really in close proximity to it when driving past that it smells.

I think there is good value for money along the Cleveland train line "beyond" Lota....and I am definitely biased. :D
