    LVR -What is it?

    Hi, LVR shows what the percentage of your loan is compared to your property valuation. So a property valued at $100K with an LVR of 80% means your loan is $80K and the equity value is 20% which is $20K. That's a very simple way of looking at it. Chers, Nobleone. :)
