    Is it time for Frankston?

    Is it time for Frankston?

The reason I bought in Central frankston as a PPOR over frankston south was the locality, as has been said Frankston south just isn't close to anything useful. Central is just that little bit closer to get in and out of the city, just get off the train and a 10min walk home vs in south end...

    Is it time for Frankston?

As far as any development goes the only access would have been down the driveway side removing any off street parking , and removal of the granny flat part. Which too me would have made it an expensive 3X1. And at $645K for a PPOR, with no garage or carport, no ensuite, and a tiny Laundry...

    Is it time for Frankston?

I think the two bidders that drove it that high had to be looking for PPOR.

    NAB valuers

thanks for the replies.... The NAB rang me back after I questioned the valuation they gave and has since ordered a full valuation, which will take place on monday next week. I'm not sure what they would have done.... the valuation they gave is less than an RPdata report on the place...

    Land Prices ???

Not sure why they would be sitting a while it's in baldivis. So maybe that's a reason .... However it is for a PPOR which we probably won't move from for a while. I won't be moving back to WA for a while so thought I might put a cheeky offer down , but not rediculous and see how it goes ....
