    Property Development Course

    I did the www.propertydevelopmentworkshops.com.au/ with Jim Castagnet a little over a year ago. I found it very useful for a beginner and expect it would save you more than it costs. I think it was around $2500 for a three day course. Run in Melbourne and Sydney.
