Rto Hi northy We have 3 NRAS titles that we can claim this coming financial year. We purchased a dual NRAS last year - tenants in approx June 14 so we should have a great return come 14/15 fy. Expecting $25,000 from NRAS rebate - plus our normal refund on our 3 other standard investment...

Nras Hey Northy, Did you get the money directly off horizon or the govt? We are also going for the dust to settle and get our buffers a bit healthier then go again - by the beginning of next year also. Once it is sorted out I think we should have smoother sailing! :)
