    Buy, reno, sell, buy, reno sell: finally bought "dream" house. Had to sell said house as couldn't afford mortgage! Bought a crapper but still couldn't afford mortgage so rented it out (over East), packed up and moved to a mining town (in the West), bought a crapper! Stuck with crapper now...

    I have bought a couple of places in Redcliffe. Seems like a great spot, good facilities, schools, hospitals, beachside boardwalk, cafes, train line at Kippa Ring commenced, Cosco going ahead in North Lakes. Property managers' terrific and had tenants lined up at good rates prior to settlement...

    Property Managers - Deception Bay / Rothwell / North Lakes

    I am using a couple of Property Managers in that area and both are terrific. I use Anya from Wave Realty in Clontarf and also use Mareea at Homes 4 U in Margate. Both ladies are great, professional and, so far, have not had any issues.

    Which Brisbane Suburbs?

    I'm in Karratha too and have purchased a couple of properties in Redcliffe QLD sight unseen. Market seems great, renters lined up prior to settlement, real estate agents really helpful, development of boardwalks, cafes, train line started in Kippa Ring - seems like a great spot!
