    That's exactly what I thought, and what I have put in, and I told that to Agent B, but he wants a list of the people from Agent A and he now says the way he sees it is that it should be a list of the people who made offers and not the 80 people who came through the place during opens etc.

    I agree that might be the case, but I also think if the agent have told them 'above 700' then I would actually have bidders! The highest (and only) offer I got is 760,000. I dont think that's enough. Today the rates dropped again.. I think that would also help. I am relisting with another agent...

    The exclusive period ends in a week And the new agent said as far as he is concerned if someone the older agent introduced is buying the property the old agent will get the commission, no problems at all.
