    When you click on the suburb profile within realestate.com.au, it gives you this "Supply and Demand in XYZ suburb." So there is a bit of a spiel about how it is calculated. I've included this as a link so you can go directly there...

    Worst Melbourne suburb within 15km of the City (excluding the West)

    So is this isolated just to this suburb in this area? I've checked the median house prices of suburbs next to Heidelberg West, and it appears substantially higher (i.e. $800k median house proce for Rosanna, with Heidelbergs median house price being approx $480k)..
