    we built in the Bunya estate near Doonside 3 years ago. talk about crazy. a 422 house on 430sq just sold for 880K. 3 years ago it would have cost under 600K total to build. my maths is average, but is that 45% in 3 years? happy days (while it lasts anyway).

    I looked up cba valuation and it took me to the valex site for cba. I filled it in online and that's what the price came back as. I stopped before paying. Just wanted to see the price. Is that how much they cost?

    thats the main reason we chose Bunya over the Ponds. infrastructure already there, and it's a smaller estate. Plus it seems there's a lot going on in the area. I'm hoping it's enough to sustain the CG we've seen there in the last couple of years
