    Cover means the area the building takes up, so it can take up more than 30% of the block. Floor ratio means the area of all floor on all levels can't be more than 0.7 size of block. So it means the building can 70/30 = 2.5 levels, 30% of block I think

    Does anyone know if rear lots are allowed different front set backs than front lots? Seems silly to have a big front setback on a rear lot? Brisbane City allow 3m setback for rear lot to boundary of front lot. Logan planning scheme doesn't seem to say. Just retains front setback?

    No, I'm in Marsden. Some builders are already selling dual occupancy auxiliary houses on 500m^2 blocks, asking $500,000! Claiming $750/wk combined rent. I think I could put the same thing in my front yard for $250k plus sub divide costs.
