The project managers involvement is purely just to project manage(he is not a builder and neither am I), his fee is 10% of profits.
I will be the director of the company, profits will be distributed to the shareholders, me 90%, him 10%...

And I still have particular concern with the building insurance...the compnay will...
If I was to have a caveat on a property to be payed 50K by a certain date, am I protected by doing so, to get my 50k.
Are there any risks in doing such a thing?

Just for the record, I do have an ABN and GST no...
So I guess I can settle the land in my name(not using business-abn), claim back GST, include GST in sale price, and still be able to utilize losses I have against Capital gains. pls correct me if i'm wrong.

tried selling a 1 bedroom flat in Kingsville-melbourne a couple of months ago, with an advertised price of $152,000, got no offers over the 2 months, and has since been taken off the market...
My rates notice has CIV of $170,000.....and 90% of all other 1 bedders are advertised between $110k -...

If I decide to move back into my original PPOR after 6mnths, then sell the new home,
will I be up CGT on the new home??
