    much of rivervale is subdividable, the R20 properties are going for $500-550k I see a lot of potential in the area - i think that it will attract more young families with the dual income affordable house and land package being close to the city and public transport

    i once applied to rent a property with another mate (we were both 22 or so, working full time) and we got accepted because the other applications were "ladies of the night" aka prostitutes. I'm sure hookers wouldn't be the best tenants, you'd have to pimp-slap them to get your rent every week :D
