    Audi Rs4

As far as 'off the shelf' products go, I honestly couldn't tell you whats any good as I use trade products that are specifically designed to be used with a RO machine polisher. One thing I would say is avoid anything that is labelled 'cut' or 'cutting' especially on dark colours as you could...

Does anyone still use the Yellow Pages?

I use both google and yellow pages. I'm a big fan of supporting small local business and google doesn't always show everything. It's worth paying $100 a year or whatever it is to at least have a mention in the yellow pages

Is it ok to use funds from redraw

yes, on the investment loan. There is a Bpay facility on the redraw I would use it just for council rates, water and insurance payments only to keep it clear and simple. it would be easy to match the bpay transaction to the actual bill for referance

more properties to let in the next ~5 years = low rent income?

just my opinion: yes interest rates are low but prices are climbing so i dont think people are jumping in just because rates are low. some renters will always rent and there will be always more new renters. alot of people cant get $1000 together to rego the car let alone $40,000 to buy a house.
