any one heard of this bloke doing the rounds on sunshine & gold coast - $40 intro seminar then 4-5K w/ender on property, structures, developing etc. ads in papers here continuously - must cost him a fortune. went to $40 intro- he says he has been educating for 6 yrs - but i never heard of him...

i have given 30 days notice to my pm. going to george at R&H - he says my rents are too low. i am looking forward to better returns and service with R&H than the tardy service i have recieved. it shocks me to think the amount of rent i have been losing due to not keeping up with the market.

Dymphna's company is on the sunshine coast - she has run seminars on trusts asset protectino etc for about 2 years now - her business and staff are great - they set up my trust structure a little while ago - it is more complex then most that others advocate though. As per a previous thread...

thanks nigel - yes it can be a benificiary - as wording of deed allows any individual company etc to be added etc. just seems strange that it would be okay - an analogy would be you are a sole trader in a business - you can't pay yourself seperately as an employee but you can pay other employees.

An individual has $70,000 in after tax money - he can either gift or loan this to a trust and the trust can use these funds to invest in shares or as a deposit for a rental property purchase etc. Or for that matter he could gift or loan it to any other individual. Now, a company earns...
