    sold my IP in Rocky :p i had a thread on here awhile ago whem i bought about 18 mths ago. 4x3bed 10 yr old group titled brick units in nth rocky for 415K rent $770/wk, sold after 14 mths for 530k to rocky local investors. only sold due to other cassflow problem - will regret for rest of life...

    any one heard of this bloke doing the rounds on sunshine & gold coast - $40 intro seminar then 4-5K w/ender on property, structures, developing etc. ads in papers here continuously - must cost him a fortune. went to $40 intro- he says he has been educating for 6 yrs - but i never heard of him...

    i have given 30 days notice to my pm. going to george at R&H - he says my rents are too low. i am looking forward to better returns and service with R&H than the tardy service i have recieved. it shocks me to think the amount of rent i have been losing due to not keeping up with the market.

    thanks nigel - yes it can be a benificiary - as wording of deed allows any individual company etc to be added etc. just seems strange that it would be okay - an analogy would be you are a sole trader in a business - you can't pay yourself seperately as an employee but you can pay other employees.
