Hi bB, Perhaps I wasn't clear enough.... We're not looking at buying anything as PPOR. Even if I were to buy a unit, I'll be buying it as an IP. Perhaps the "living in it" bit is what caused the confusion (I'll just leave it at that for now;)). The question is whether to go for a sub-dividable...
