I had a call from my PM telling me that if I don't put security screens on the front and back door the tenant will move out. The house hadn't even settled yet and I told them to hit up the sellers, no joy, so I said i'll go halves, wih sellers or tenant. Then I got a message from the sellers...

Just going over my policy and noticed that the first 4 weeks of rent a tenant is in default is not claimable. is this normal? I assumed it was because I would just claim the bond but if this is not normal please let me know. Cheers Cougar
