adding a 2nd toilet in the laundry

Yes I've seen them advertised. This is probably perfect for the job and probably considerably cheaper than running big pipes but they need power and I don't know how reliable they are.

They'll probably be contributing to the problem. Is the mould in one room only or in several?

    The Australian housing bubble furphy

Ms Hobo-Jo You're ignoring the existing housing shortage and our population increase. I think that people will continue to buy property because it is a necessity. Ok we might not see double digit growth for a while but growth will come due to inflation and population growth and especially...

Left wing political group orchestrating home buyers strike...

 It is like saying we'll bring down food prices by not eating. There is cheap accommodation in every city and if they don't want to pay rent they can always live in a tent

    Carramar NSW Is it worth

If it did then the mortgage repayment would be lower than the rent so you will be making money but this situation is not likely to occur because people who pay rent will wake up and buy their own place. I think such suburbs have room for price appreciation.

    Bisbane or Sydney??

My choice would be the one with the highest yield. Personaly I wouldn't buy in the Qld market with such low yields. How are the strata fees and council rates? Is this new area flood free?
