    Am purchasing a PPOR. It is possible that may need to rent it out for a period of time. With my IPs I have always got the depreciation schedule but it does not seem relevant to PPOR even if it may be rented out for some time. Am I right?

    Thanks -as you say there are ramifications of the difference. If I went with another lender would not the repeated valuations be recorded on my credit file - how significant does this become?

    One valuation (vis St George ) came in at $230,000 and another via broker at $245,000. Is this typical? Is this too small a difference to worry about in the scheme of things but still $15,000 is $15,000?
