    Can I avoid stamp duty ?

    iHello - I probably know the answer willl be ' not possible ' but can I avoid paying stamp duty (NSW) and obtain 1st Home buyers grant by having the ownership of a property in my daughters name (18) ? I presume she would have to be the borrower which she is not . Thanks for any answers
