    nsw contracts .25% penalty fee

    noticed that contracts in nsw have a .25% penalty fee to the vendor if you cancel the contract during 5 business day cooloing off period. (works out at $250 per 100,000 of purchase price) Where do you stand if you put clauses in the contract regarding pest and building inspection, finance etc...
