    Yeah that bit gets me also. From their website: "International trades will incur a foreign exchange conversion spread of between 0.50% to 0.80% of the trade transaction value." So on a 5k trade in and out at 0.80% that becomes $80 just on spread. Then brokerage $15 each way.

    For Mandurah, I use Seachange Rent Shop. Been using them for 10 years, never had a bad tenant, never had any issues.

    In general I don't see prices going anywhere for the next year in Perth. In terms of mining yes, it does rely a fair bit, however its not a one trick pony. It does have diversity, with a lot of Ag investments, and the AUD being off is making Ag commodities move a bit.

    Completely agree with HiEquity. The properties you own already, are neutral and another is producing positive income, so you are under no strain with them. Rent where you are comfortable. Then maybe further down the track, you will have a clearer picture.
