Hi, I'm new to the forum. I have looked but can't find a section for abbreviations/acronyms used here, eg: IP = Investment Property. That was pretty obvious but are some I haven't worked out yet. Is there a sticky somewhere?

I was wondering if anyone has had similar experiences regarding property investment through cold calling? We had a cold call, and then a consultant came to our home, talking about reducing tax and dept, property investment etc. they want to fly us from NSW to their Brisbane office for a full day...
