rents how do you think rentals will go there? Also is closer to beach better? Better areas then others

Thanks Thanks for info - i am looking into deception bay - cant believe how many properties on the market. WIll have to go for a drive up that way. Looking at properties in high $200s and low $300s with decent rental income.
