    your lawyer would have "vouched" for your identity, citing existing accounts etc. I have had to do two W8BENs - one for the London acc and one when I started here - but I'm talking over 4 years ago now.

    My LLC pays 15%, income is quarantined in the USA. I don't bring it back - as in, I don't wire the money trans pacific. The LLC rolls the cash over in the USA for use inside the USA only. My current advice is that it's not taxable in Australia.
