Corner should be okay - could do a 2x2 footprint and put a third bedroom as part of a loft - just timber framed, timber staircase etc. would be something different to put to market. A loft like that would be quite cheap to do, especially all trusswork.

i still struggle to see the "value" of City Beach / Floreat / Dalkieth / Pepp Gr. No public transport, no hub for activity, borderline public amenity - it's becoming more and more homogenised...and people want it to continue?

I agree Shadow. I saw it last time and wasn't in a position to invest - but I see it now so am doing all I can to get into the market.
