please no more references to booms. we don't want booms.

no boom whatsoever on the horizon. just a return to steady, funadmentally strong growth. maybe in about 10 years, we'll see the demand pop like boiled champagne bottle. but until credit eases up totally - which is about 10 years away - then i see no boom.
