thanks for the post! just a couple of Qs. 1) there's no fittings - like stove, laundry etc. is that normal in LV? do you supply them for your tenants or do they, like in Sweden? 2) nice looking house - i can certainly see what Emma was saying about the transportables versus situ-built...

mmmm - it sounds like people are baiting for arguments. it's fine to have an opposing view but don't bait and tell people they're wrong. also on a side note, i think some people should remove any obligation they feel to defend themselves in this thread. this is an information pool for those...

it's called tax evasion, and every country on god's green earth have rules disallowing it. unless you live in Majorca or the Caymans.

just got off the phone now, and yep - exactly the same. he was quite nice about it as well - essentially you stil get a double tax.
