that's just logical crazy talk. although my understanding is each branch of govt has to fund itself, so the taxes raised would only put back about 65% of it's gross income, the rest is bled out in dept wages, bribes (sorry, lobbying), dept infrastructure (Dazz's wage, power, websites etc) and...
