I've been spending a lot of time down there recently and I'm seeing/feeling a shift. Looks like new 4x2s are doing insanely well, all other stock is older 4x1, 3x1 or newer 3x2. Definitely a good area for CG manufacture if you use the right product.

Westminster isn't the 'low end' anymore - might be why you're struggling? Thought about Camillo / Kelmscott? What about Coolbellup? Does it have to be Perth? Some great regional opportunities out there.
